hbazee reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use any hbazee service. hbazee is strictly an 18+ platform. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or in response to a responsible gaming concern. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) registered hbazee account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.
You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, contact number, and payment details — is truthful, accurate, complete, and current. hbazee will not be liable for any loss or delay in processing caused by inaccurate or outdated registration information. You are required to notify hbazee promptly of any changes to your registered details.
hbazee may at any time request that you complete identity verification procedures, including the submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the stated timeframe may result in the suspension of account functionality, including the withholding of withdrawals, until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your hbazee account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) used for two-factor authentication. You must not disclose your credentials to any other person. hbazee will not be held responsible for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify hbazee immediately at support@hbazee.app. Upon notification, hbazee will take reasonable steps to secure the account, including a mandatory password reset. Any transactions completed prior to notification that are consistent with the account holder's normal activity pattern may not be reversible.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as inactive. hbazee reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the prevailing fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Where a balance reaches zero, the account may be closed.
hbazee currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking, and select cryptocurrency wallets including USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20) and BTC. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad is ৳50. The minimum deposit via cryptocurrency is the equivalent of USD $5 at the prevailing market rate. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. hbazee reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, policy violation, or where a withdrawal is subject to a bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been satisfied. Withdrawals will only be approved to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
Deposits made from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder are strictly prohibited. hbazee reserves the right to reverse and return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source. Any attempt to use a third-party payment account to conduct transactions on hbazee will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.
The primary account currency on hbazee is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. hbazee is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a cryptocurrency deposit is initiated and the time it is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hbazee are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the terms specific to an individual promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the relevant promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
hbazee takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Activities including — but not limited to — the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, the use of systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics, and the sharing of bonus codes in a manner inconsistent with the stated promotion terms are all classified as bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, hbazee reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and all associated winnings, suspend the account, and pursue recovery of any funds withdrawn in connection with the abusive activity.
hbazee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any player who has already opted in to a promotion before its modification or cancellation will be subject to the terms in force at the time of their opt-in, to the extent reasonably practicable.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
